Our philosophy is natural first. Treatments use cold-pressed oils, mineral salts and plant actives sourced as close to home as possible — never harsh, always effective.

Ambika Subedi, Founder & Director
Ambika has spent close to a decade in spa therapy and beauty care across Turkey, Croatia and Portugal, training in relaxation and therapeutic massage, skincare and personal care before opening her own house in Torres Vedras.
She still treats guests personally most weeks, and every protocol on our menu was written, tested and refined by her hands.
